The NWChem source code tree current release is version 4.7.
NWChem is available free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions
of the EMSL Software User Agreement.
<p><fontcolor="red">Please Note:</font> Responses will not be provided to the following Embargoed Countries:
Cuba, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Sudan.<br>

<h2>Returning Users</h2>
<p>There is a new EMSL Software User Agreement.
This new EMSL Software User Agreement is an NWChem and Ecce joint user
agreement. If you have not signed the NWChem/Ecce joint user agreement,
and you do not have both an NWChem user agreement, and an Ecce user agreement
on file, you will need to sign this new user agreement.
<ol>
<li>Complete the NWChem/Ecce web based registration form in the <ahref="http://eus.emsl.pnl.gov/EUSSW?productID=nwchem"target="_blank">EMSL User System</a>.
<li>Sign and return the EMSL software user agreement emailed to you by the registration system.
<li>Sign and return the EMSL software user agreement.
