This Chapter describes the special features that are

not specifically part of the Software Development Toolkit or the Molecular
|
|
Modeling Toolkit, but are nevertheless integral to the functioning of NWChem.
|
|
These special features include the input parser for processing the input
|
|
and various utility routines that can be used by any module in the code, as
|
|
needed.
|
|
|
|
The following sections describe each of these features in detail.
