Adam Nelson	b005aace7e	Added a scatter_shape parameter to the library format and the ability to read/write it (but do nothing with it aside from check for the default value). Adam Nelson	26244eabcf	argh. The failing ce_to_mg test was only because of precision of the xs in the xml and h5 datasets... when you convert the xml lib to h5 (per the script), the answer is then passing. groan.	2016-09-11 06:22:40 -04:00

Adam Nelson	3b65dde0fd	Folded multiple temperatures in to each h5 data file; now im getting 50% less storage required of endf70. yay!
